- Pricing – Knowing the industry and making sure that your fee is neither too high nor too low is very important. A fee that is too high will price you out of the market while a fee that is too low may not validate your credibility.
- Product – More money is made from product sales than from speaking fees. When you share your expertise people often want more from you so having product is critical to speaker profitability.
